Big, fabulous, clean room. Excellent shower with plenty of big clean towels and nice toiletries. Internet access available in the room or lobby (with 2 public PCs). Sleek, cool linens on the bed. Mini-bar in the room. And underground private parking available. We stayed here as a base for taking a boat tour to the Aeolian Islands and the location was perfect! Just 5 minutes walk to the pier with a supermarket on the way (so we could stock up on goods for the trip). Bakery adjacent to the hotel was a nice plus.
Nothing we didnt like...was a great choice and very happy we booked it.

The hotel is newly renovated and brand-new. the rooms have nice beds, a safe box, a flat-screen TV with satellite channels, and a mini fridge bar. - the location is absolutely perfect, with easy access to boats to the Aeolian islands. - It's conveniently located just off the old medieval castle, near a bar/cafe, and shops.

We stayed in a hotel which was located very near the port offering numerous connections to the islands. the area has multiple restaurants and bars available within a five-minute taxi ride. the room and bathroom were clean, with friendly staff and a good breakfast. the underground parking was secure and easy to access.
The staff had limited English proficiency, making it difficult for foreign travelers to communicate.

We didn't think the staff is tourist friendly, even though the city of Milazzo is not a place that has anything for travelers to see, we just were there to take a boat for the island of Panarea, and due to weather it was cancel. I believe they could be friendlier, specially the young girl, the granddaughter, maybe they are new to this type of business ? But, the hotel was very nice and clean for the money, if you have to stay in Milazzo, you should stay there.

very friendly and helpfull staff (german and englisch speaking). Very luxery rooms.
parking is an issue and a stay for two nights is more than enough to explore Milazzo. Breakfast seems extremely poor, but asking for croissants is rewarded from their own bakery/saloon.

We had a fantastic stay at a recently renovated hotel in a great location. The room was clean, comfortable, and spacious. The staff were friendly and helpful, making our visit memorable. The breakfast was delicious, especially the croissants. I highly recommend this hotel for a wonderful stay in Milazzo.
